At Twigs Flower House, we strive for perfection in every bloom and vessel; however, if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that perishable floral arrangements are final sale, while home decor and vases must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item didn't work out.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your unused items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our studio without damage.

  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our florists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
